Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.badgerbasket.com.  Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Hours of operation are Monday – Thursday 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. CST.  All orders received after 8 a.m. Monday – Wednesday will be processed and shipped the following business day.  Orders received after 8 a.m. Thursday – Sunday will be processed the following Monday.  Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Ground shipping charges are free.  If you choose a different shipping method (besides Ground shipping) shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at the checkout based on your specific shipping address.

* Overnight or Next Day Air delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

*Choosing an expedited shipping method does not constitute your order being processed any faster.  Please review the processing times above.

Badger Basket ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses and P.O. Boxes.  If there is a problem with shipping to the address given on the order, we will contact you via email for a resolution.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

 

Damages

Badger Basket has a 30 day limited warranty on all products.  If for some reason you receive your package damaged, please contact us immediately.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.

 

International Shipping Policy

We typically do not ship outside the U.S.

Please contact our customer service team at badgercustserv@badgerbasket.com if you are attempting to ship outside of the U.S.  In certain situations, we may be able to accommodate your request.
